Hongkong Fried RiceIngredients:
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 pieces of Red Chillies, cut oblique
100 g Chicken Meat, cut into
100 g shrimp, peeled
6 pcs of Fish Meatball, cut two
2 leeks, sliced
2 eggs Eggs
400 g rice
1 teaspoon fish sauce
? English tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp angciu
How to Make:
1. Beat eggs with a little salt, make scrambled eggs. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic and chilli until fragrant, then enter the chicken and shrimp, stirring until cooked.
3. Enter the leeks, stirring until wilted. Add scrambled eggs and fish cake, stir well.
4. Add rice and season with soy sauce english, pepper powder, salt and angciu. Cook until cooked and the flavors mingle. Serve.
